For the Allbirds x REI Collaboration, I led the creative direction of the influencer campaign, aligning brand aesthetics and messaging to drive awareness of the limited-edition Superlight Wool Runner, available exclusively at REI. From talent outreach to negotiation, I secured creators whose content and values aligned with both brands’ commitment to sustainability and the outdoor lifestyle. I managed collaboration logistics, ensuring seamless communication between influencers and brand teams while overseeing content execution.
Spearheaded the launch of Allbirds’ influencer program by leading the creative direction for the spring and summer travel campaign, positioning the brand’s shoes as the ultimate travel essential. Strategically partnered with travel-focused content creators to drive brand awareness and engagement. Managed end-to-end campaign execution, including talent outreach, contract negotiation, content management, and review and approval processes.
