Led concept development and execution for both editorial photo and video assets, ensuring a cohesive and compelling visual narrative. Oversaw budgeting, scheduling, casting, and travel logistics, while also coordinating props, managing invoice payments and reimbursements, and ensuring a seamless execution from planning to final delivery.
